Three Alarm Tenant is a romantic story that will at times bring tears to the eyes.  There is an emotional aspect to this story that is rather fascinating.  There is a bit of heat to this story that will please many readers while at the same time the center of this romance is the emotional connectedness of the characters.  The very idea of giving up what makes us who we are for the person we love makes this a novel well worth reading.

Katherine’s fiance was a police officer killed in the line of duty.  She vows to never let another “hero” into her life or heart.  When she rents part of her house to Jack, she can’t believe how attracted she is to him.  When she fdiscovers he is a firefighter, she finds herself battling with her fears and desires.  Jack is different from most men.  He can’t believe how he feels about Katherine and he refuses to let her push him away.  If only they can help Katherine over her fears, they may have a future together.

Charlotte McClain has definitely crafted a beautiful love story.  The characters are strong and passionate with emotions that leap from the pages.  This is a wonderful romance that will definitely please many readers.  The strength of these characters is truly captivating.  Any reader will be happy with the progression and flow of this romance.
