A Limited Engagement by Saralee Etter

Justin, Lord Deveraux needs a temporary fiancee to convince his uncle to release his trust. She could also help keep his very determined match making aunt off his back. Miranda Luce needs ^500 to get her uncle out of debtor’s prison. When Justin wants to hire her to act as his fiancee, Miranda knows she would be able to do this as she had just premiered as an actress in her brother-in-law’s theater. The man who had handled the money for the theater disappeared leaving behind only bills and her brother-in-law in debtors’ prison.
The plan seems to be working until Justin kisses Miranda, a kiss that shakes them both. Now Justin is beginning to think that a real marriage would suit them both. What they both do not know is that they are not the only ones pretending. There are others acting parts as well with roles that could have detrimental effects on Justin and Miranda if they are not uncovered and uncovered soon.
Justin and Miranda had many forces working against them. Justin, though, was determined to remain single until the kiss. Miranda had been injured in the past with her father’s scandal and did not trust men. Justin had the patience and love to help restore that trust. If you love stories set in England, stories with a few surprises, A Limited Engagement is perfect for you. Saralee Etter has combined history, love and few surprises to produce a tale that entertains and pleases. This is my first story by Ms Etter and I will be looking for more stories by this talented writer.
